YouTube Pause Annotation – Gone, but Not Really

YouTube’s pause annotation is no longer available. But you can still add this to your videos using the Video Questions feature. Here’s how to do it.

As mentioned in the comments, you need the ‘Video Questions’ beta feature, located at the bottom of the page by clicking ‘Try Something New’.
